So, here I am - up all night working on this stupid project… Alone in the dark, with headphones clamped on, sitting typing clicking, etc…
I take a sip of coffee. I return to typing, and feel something cold and bumpy beneath my finger, on the “G” key.
An earwig.
“They’re harmless,” I smiled, getting up off the floor.
As I peered into the small cracks between the keys, I watched it wriggle hurriedly into the darkness between “T” and “6″.
Thankfully, I’d brought out the compressed air can earlier in the day (to clean the keyboard, haha) so it was right nearby.
Smoking him out wasn’t a problem. He soared into the living room, where the cat made short work of it.
Still, though… How am I supposed to get back to work, now?!

My name's Richard, and like most people I love beautiful images and beautiful music. These posts culminate in the argument for both my humble tastes and my humble contributions.
Also, like most people, my ego compels me in this way: Human life expectancy is considerably short when compared to digital media. While we have the ability to live without a record, we have to opportunity to not.
